We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

Eligible Returns:

We accept returns on items that are faulty, wrongly described, or not of merchandisable quality. In these cases, you can choose either a replacement or a full refund.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, simply email info@aquasiege.com to request the Exchange & Return Form. Once completed, send the form along with the product back to us via email. We'll take care of the rest!

Please note: All other items are non-refundable unless they meet the above conditions.
