How long do I have to return an item?

Within 30 days of receiving them.

How do I return an item?

Simply send the item back in the original condition with your order number. 

Please note: we will need the original order number or name of person who placed the order, preferably both, to process the refund.

Where do I send my return(s)/exchange(s)?

What can I return/exchange?

The item(s) must be not used, in its original packaging with swing tag attached and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged.

What happens next?

We’ll receive your parcel at Aqua Siege HQ and process a full refund inclusive of the original shipping costs. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account that made the initial payment.

Who pays for the return/exchange?

If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, you pay for the postage back to us.
